We use a small number of third-party service providers to operate this website. Your data may be processed by:

  • Formspree (formspree.io), which processes and stores submissions from our contact and callback forms on our behalf. Their privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
  • Google, via reCAPTCHA, for spam and abuse prevention on our forms (see section 7).
  • Legal or regulatory authorities, where we are required to disclose information by law.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. All processors are required to handle your data in line with UK data protection law.

5. Data Retention

We retain enquiry data for up to 2 years, after which it is deleted, unless an ongoing business relationship or a legal obligation requires us to keep it for longer.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict how we process your data
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format

7. Spam Protection (Google reCAPTCHA)

Our contact and callback forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which helps us prevent automated abuse and spam. When you interact with these forms, reCAPTCHA may collect information about your device and activity, including your IP address, browser and operating system details, and interactions with the page, and process this information on Google's servers to distinguish genuine enquiries from automated submissions.

This use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service. We use the data collected solely for spam prevention and do not use it for any other purpose.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from unauthorised access or misuse. This website is served over a secure HTTPS connection, and form submissions are transmitted securely to Formspree.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
